Default need help on tial 35 mm wastegate.

i have my greddy profec e set at 17 lbs and when i dynoed it, the highest it'll go is 14 lbs what may be the problem? thanks

where are you sourcing the pressure for your gauge and where are you sourcing the pressure from the boost controller?

i don't have any gauges besides the boost gauge and its hooked up to one of the vacuum lines. pressure is to the wastegate.
