Which would yeild better gains CTR or ITR or ZEX and would i have to get cam gears to optimize these gains. Or could stock timing be used? Anyone have any experience with zex cams? If so how do they perform? Thanks

ITR/CTR exhaust cams the same
CTR has only 3 deg more duration than ITR cams
cam gears would benefit alot
usually timing is set at 18 deg.

 

almost right the ctr cams are the same as the 00-01 type r cams. no difference of 3 degrees there.

 

yea, the 3 degree difference pertains to the 96-99 spec ITR cam

 

If you can get them for the same price, I'd get the CTR's, just because they're a bit more agressive than the ITR cams.

But if it costs alot more than the ITR cams, I'd just get the ITR cams for cheaper.

actually i heard good things about crower cams , no zex cams i would stay away from
