Default HELP..95 gsr, skunk 2 stage 2 cams wont start when its cold outside dumps mad fuel

my buddy has a 95 gsr with a skunk 2 chip, skunk 2 intake manifold,jg 70mm t/b,aem cai,270 rc injectors, ported and polished head, skunk 2 stage 2 cams, skunk 2 cam gears, skunk 2 dual valve springs, skunk 2 TI retainers, skunk 2 valves,dc jdm ss header,B&M fpr and guage...... everything is set at stock(ignition timing, cam gears are at zero dist is at 16 degrees btc) when its cold outside the car just dumps fuel like crazy and the plugs fire about every 5th rotation of the motor so they arent igniting fast enough to burn the fuel..we took the plugs out, cleaned them off, regapped them, blew the gas out of the cylinders, reinstalled the plugs, set the fpr at 40 psi(was previously set at 50psi) and it still dumps crazy amounts of fuel..so once again we did everything i just said(clean plugs, blow gas out of cylinders, and we even dumped out the fuel rail and tried to start it again but it still dosnt fire) it has spark,it has compression,it has lots of fresh 93 octane fuel, and its gettingplenty of air....we called our friends shop and he told us to do everything we allready thought of and when we told him it still dosnt fire he said its because of the cams being so big the car just dosnt want to run in the winter so he would have to wait until summer or spring to drive his car...thats rediculouse IMHO..i think its the skunk 2 chip which is telling the motor to dump fuel..i think we should put the stock chip back in and see what happens..what do u guys think?

Did you already make sure the plugs are sparking?

I know everyone hates doing this, but just try push starting it, let it run a while, and then see what happens.

i stuck a screw driver in each plug wire and i watched the spark arc to a valve cover bolt....then i cleaned a plug and stuck it in each wire to watch it spark the plugs are 1 week old..there is no point to bump start it because it will just die its not even worth the time to try it because we know it wont work it should start in nis driveway but the fuel is dumping 4 times as fast as the plugs are firing what the hell could it be?

this is what i would do i think it could be a faulty fpr try using ur stock one see if that helps if that dosent try switching the chip like u said.

I think you are right. Put the stock ecu back in, and let us know what happens. I'm pretty sure, everything will be fine....
