Well...thats kind of the whole point, isnt it?

You would notive a bigger difference if you tune them, though. Cams NEED to be tuned to make them worth it.

stage 2 has a larger profile so yes in return the larger lift/duration will benifit your motor, but like the other poster said, tuning is key to seeing the most gains out of the upgrade

No, you have it SET at those degree's, you need a Hondata, Crome, Uberdata or something like that to tune the actual air/fuel ratios and such. That is where you will be getting the most horsepower, not cam gears (although they help)

My advice is to save yourself a LOT of headaches and aggravation and put in stage two cams when you have the time and money built up to have them street tuned at the same time. It will cost more, but it will be worth it. In fact, when I got my stage two D16 cam tuned, it was like driving a totally different car.

The powerband will widen
Peak horse can/will go up
Throttle response will improve.
Gas mileage can increase.

There are tons of reasons to do this right, i just don't want to see you have to have any extra problems.

hondata s100
skunk 2 stage 3 camshaft w/ complete skunk valve train
aem adj. cam gears
rc 440 cc injecter
unothodox crank pulley

i going to get my car tune next week. seems like there alot of forums about stage 2 but i need info on stage 3. is it going to be hard to tune my rough idle? what gains will i get after my tune? what WHP will i get.

"thinking about higher compression pistons
