Default plug for wing holes on the hatch?

i am interested in going wingless. a friend of mine told me that there are plugs for the holes on the hatch. i have never seen or heard about them though. any information would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought 4 of them. If you search wing or plug or something like that in the archives you can find the part number.

There aren't any plugs designed specifically for this purpose. Some people use the plugs found on Civics where the strut tower bar would mount. Others go the Home Depot, Pep Boys, etc., route. I went to my body shop and looked through their selection of plugs until I found ones that were suitable, had them painted, then siliconed them into place.

here are some picks. Not my car but im planning on doing this too. as of now i just have painted electric tape covering my holes.

I can't believe kids would remove the spoiler and put those ugly plugs on ....

i agree, just have it welded and painted or trade hatches with someone that is wingless already

Not cheap to have welded and then painted. Must be done by a pro or the hatch could warp from the heat.

But none-the-less...it is a good idea to get them filled. But i have stupid plugs like this in my hatch too cuz I don't have the $$ to get it all done yet.

i bondoed out mine... worked fine hasnt cracked and stands up well, im not wingless tho, i took out the stock ls spoiler for the ITR spoiler
