PCDragon: well if you didn't see my thread in members corner a few weeks ago before they took away members corner and changed it to general discussion forum.. I got into a rear end accident (not my fault.. the guy rear ended me and took off..hit and run
).. so I don't have to deal w/ the CC problem anymore...
anyway on mine.. if i took a corner hard it would come back on sometimes... but I figured out another way for it to come on which I used up until my accident.. I was going to replace the bulbs (based on a recommendation from other members.. I started a thread on this.. ) but I never got around to it (lagging/putting it off).. then I got rear ended and the car got jacked up...
anyway on mine.. when the CC light was out.. I would move the temp slider from cold to hot then back to cold (I kept it on cold usually) and the CC light would come back on... if it wasn't for this I probably would have fixed it/replaced the bulb sooner.. but I lagged on it... then got into the accident.. so I never got around to it...

I did the red/amber climate control last month. Just takes some time. I didn't have sticky film either, so it all had to be taped.
The sticky side would face the white strips, and then the whole thing goes sticky side down onto the plastic

Yea, I thought the white looked pretty shitty too, so I am just gonna stick with red gauges unless someone has so better pics. It seems like a pain in the *** to do and will possibly break a lot of pieces..
thanks for the tip..im going to have to hold off on completeing the climate control coversion because i found out that my bulbs are all blown so i will have to rip it out and replace it then finish my project..i did have a few buttons light up red for a second and it looks better than stock but your right the white looks a little off in the daytime.
