So how do I keep the passenger side airbag w/ an aftermarket wheel?

So how do I keep the passenger side airbag w/ an aftermarket wheel?

Searched through archives but still couldn't find an answer. Anyway I can replace the steering wheel w/ an aftermarket unit and still obtain the functionality of the passenger side airbag?

Please shead some light, thanks.

Wow, so much mis-information. Actually, when you disconnect the drivers airbag, the SRS light comes on and the SRS system is disabled. I dont know about our cars, but people with VWs sometimes put in a resistor of the same value as the airbag to fool the system into thinking its till there, might work on our cars, but im scared of airbags blowing up near me, damn they are loud!

Yea that's what I was worried about. I was thinking there was some way to keep the passenger airbag live though. Thanks for the info.

Anyone else have info to share?
