can it just be the OEM stuff i buy from the dealer? or do i have to get some special kind??

it would depend on the type of lsd. factory lsd or similar gear type like quaife for example, are good with just honda mtf.

 

okay i think OEM MTF would suffice then cuz i picked up a Ctr tranny with LSD in it.

Redline MTF

 

as nice as Redline sounds, I still really like the Honda.

I may try some Redline in the future just for kicks though.

 

I've heard good things about both Honda MTF and Redline MTF

you do not need to add anything special to the tranny either....unlike old cars and trucks that did require a special friction modifier for a "posi-traction" or limited slip differential...

 

I heard it was not recommended to add Redline MTF to a factory LSD, I would stick with Honda MTF...

 

KOOL i had redline in my Ls tranny right now it feels the same as it the OEm one so im gonna save money and just get OEM for the new one
