Default To lightened or not to lightened?

The oem ITR flywheel since a new clutch is going in in readiness for a turbo install soon. As it has to be resurfaced anyway for the new clutch to engage as I'm having a problem in getting it in gear with the new clutch, I thought maybe I should get it lightened and balanced at the same time.

Is it going to be beneficial for FI power? I'm looking at around 300whp.

I wouldn't take more than about 2-3 lbs off it.
