Default so here ya go guys here's the story of my car

here we go the transformation of the GSR

first of all it started out looking like this
Look at that four wheeler suspension!!!wooohoooo we'z gonna mount a gun rack in the back reeel sooon!!!
and the only thing i had installed as far as power parts are concerned was my comptech header

and my ghetto intake-which is in peices now, and Nate has inherited the K&N filter off it. I added some carbon fiber altezzas and the OEM sideskirts for added Rice Stunnah Efex.
Then after talking with DrRab for the first time i ended up buying his suspension. Well then my car looked like this for about four days

and after three days of this, look at my dope suspension and the new mounting kit for the lower control arms we bought off the web

well after the car was in running order again, i said screw it and installed my exhaust the next weekend. even though i told myself i wasn't gonna get under the car for a while because of the last fiasco

after i got that done i had to share the excitement of the new exhaust with someone so i ended up over weston's house and we installed my drilled and slotted rotors because he had a c clamp to push the pistons back in.

well after this i ended up getting a sweet deal on an AEM CAI that took four hours to intsall(so says Rab) and the car was complete with intake header exhaust and suspension.

and then i had to add some rice so that i could regulate the horsepower with the amount of rice i have. you know, all go with no show isn't gonna produce any decent hp and torque gains.

this one helped me shift a lot smoother i think the boot has springs in it to assist in fast shifting situations.

this one is a mgnetic car bra. it helps keep the car aerodynamic and causes less air drag in racing situations.

this made the car feel like it lost 12 pounds off the flywheel becuase it is holding in those gauges a lot tighter than the stock bezel

sorry not losin anything. it is all personal preference and i prefer it that way. the only way i will loose the taillights is if someone trades me for the all red ones form the 98+ tegs. a bra is the best protection in this state for the hood. they use environmentallly friendly rocks instead of salt and sand, shen it snows outside so your hood gets a little chipped now and then.

yea, you should see the front of my car. Taking it up snowboarding every weekend beats the crap out of it. Good thing I don't care about it. One of these days, I'll actually wash my car and show you why you are smart having a bra on there.

Mine is the same the ***** been chipped out of the front lip/bumper/hood and its badly in need of a paint job. When you think about it, what actual purpose do they serve, yeah they protect the nose from stone chips...so.... you have a nice smooth unchipped front that no one can see, whats the point in that!!!! and you have to drive around with that ugly black POS on your car!

Nice ride, looks just like mine except for the painted sideskirts.
What kind of exhaust is that? Size Piping? How much did you get it for, i need to get rid of my stock one. Oh,just read the sig, RSR exhaust, piping size? how much?

Also wondering after intake, header and exhaust how much extra top end or bottom end pull you got, how much faster did your car get...

Looks clean...I agree with you on the taillights ,I have the same ones, but it's better then amber/red stock 96, still looking for some 98+ all red, but not willing to pay $150 for them

2 3/8" piping on the exhaust. they are no longer available in the U.S. but i paid 340 for it shipped to my door.i noticed the most with the header intake combo the midrange opened up but the top end was lacking becasue there wasn't enough flow out of hte stock muffler setup. so once the rsr went onthe top end opened up nicely. i think it could support about two hundred horsepower no problem.

You actually got under the car when it was on 2 jacks? Have you ever read the warning labels on your jack?

The jack stands were supporting the part that he was under. The front suspension was cake, but we spent 4 days messing with those rear LCA bolts!

It's the mounting kit. lol. The duct tape didn't serve any purpose other than to make a funny picture.

So whats the point of jack stands if you cannot get under the car?!?!?!

You use those so the hydraulic jack doesn't let loose when you're under there. Totally safe.
