my cluster has been working fine until now
sometimes when i turn off ignition the speedo jumps 20km/h and stays there
until i start the car and it goes upto for then goes down to 0km/h

it likes to jump up and down , any one know what to

this is my 94 accord exr auto

 

probably not the speedo, more likely the VSS (vehicle speed sensor).
