What internal components can NOS damage and car still run?

Yeah Ive had a pretty shitty day...I was driving and used my nos on the highway, and well the throttle stuck open and it wouldn't unstick. I couldn't use brakes because after a very brief period of time the became stiff and lost effect. I decided to shut the car down and pull over
...I could have rolled the extra mile to the next exit maybe
well anyways I was gone for 30 min and my car had the battery, cd player, and clothing stolen from it, and they would have gotten more if we hadn't pulled up just then, they would have got it all because they took off when we were a ways back and coming up. we didn't get their liscence # either...so the car still starts but idles irradically and seems for sure to be "missing" power is WAY down and maybe only two cylinders firing I think...Ill check the wires tomorrow in case I am lucky and they are what went wrong, they are about 1yr old.
any suggstions as to what MIGHT be wrong?

damn ****** theievin bastards i dont know about the stealin part but try blowin 4 valves and chippin an extra two no compression at all you dont want that . but you know what no more zex for me for a while im doin the dohc v-tech brutha.
you could have damaged you pistons or rings so they are not holding compression. when my cousin blew his civic's motor on nitrous, the nitrous cracked his 4th piston in half but the car was still running on 3 cylinders. there was a noticable loss of power and a lot of knocking noises though when he was driving.

Hmm, I had time to get another battery today and buy the stuff to do a compression test, but the weather wasn't permitting...Cylinders #3 and #4 are not firing, my Haynes manual tells me how to check compression, but where is the fuel-pump fuse at!!!???
Remove the 15A fuse in the fuse box that control the fuel injection. That way when you crank the motor over no fuel will be squirted into the cylinders.
Right after spraying you should have check your spark plugs to see if there was any oil or coolant in there and check if you were running really lean/detonating. you might have hit the fuel cut off when your throttle was stuck at WOT and ran too lean.

"Remove the 15A fuse in the fuse box that control the fuel injection"...Okay, I looked inside of two fuse boxes, one at the driver's side near the pedals inside, and the other one inside the engine bay. there is a 15A fuse that says ECU inside but no other fuses that seem to fit the description...or is this fuse in a different location that I am unaware of
That is on me BTW

Here's the deal...the NOS dry kit has a WOT switch for the nitrous...the way it is set up, the throttle-linkage will engage the switch when you have it to the floor the micro-switch will close the circuit. So, the micro-switch caught the throttle linkage and held it open and I could not get it to unstick...It was my fault the thing stuck, not the kit...I could have installed it better or modified it but it didn't stick when I was testing it so I didn't think it would be a problem.
NOW the aftermath: ZERO compression in cylinders one and two...three and four have 183 and 190 respectively.
