Default Finished my rear install

Headunit shots will come later after I chnage to the MD/TV unit!
Alpine TV Headunit and EQ
Alpine 5 channel amp
MB Quarts seperates front and rear
JL Audio sub
The black box on the right is an HKS CAMP
The black box on the upper left is a 12v/110 power converter for my laptop and other crap.

I'm happy with the sound it produces and the only thing I didn't do myself was carpet the sub box .

Before

MDF for the sub box

Board for the amp and other crap

Almost done

Initial test fitting

Crossovers for the front MB Quart set

It's complete!!

What did you use to hold the crossovers on the door cover? putty?

Since you don't have rear seats, do you cover the hatch opening somehow so the sub cannot be seen.

There were three existing screw tabs on the panel so I filled the tabs with epoxy screwed the plywood crossover mount into the tabs before the eposy set. The crossovers can be easliy removed but the mount will require cutting to remove. I still use the hatch cover and I have a sun screen for the rear section when the car is parked.

I purposely made the bottom board 1/2" longer on each for retention. In one of the pics you will see a silver U-bolt protruding through the carpet. There are actually two of tehse with one in the front and one the rear to control front to rear movement. There are two custom bent brackets on each side of the box that prevent side to side movement while also keeping the box secured to the plywood spare tire cover that is bolted to the car. The box can be easily removed for race events but also will not move around when I hit big bumps in the road.

I'll try to get some better pics soon. The plywood sparetire cover is a two piece unit that has plenty of bracing to support the weight of the amp and box.

Sonds pretty damn good. I have been using MB Quart component speakers for a while and the JL Audio 10" sub produces clean soild base. I built a .8cuft box according to JL Audio's specs. I mainly wanted something that would drown out the sound of my exhaust while cruising on this resort filled ROCK

I got my front and rear Carbing tower bars when I setup the initial Honda-Tech Carbing group buy last year. I don't even remember how much I paid for it...hahahaha. I have always had tower bars and rollcages in my Honda's but the bars always come before the cages.
