Default Suspension is messed...please help

so i posted before how my right rear side sits higher then the other wheels. I took it to a shop. He said my shock is blown..So I got a new shock...It is still sitting higher....took it back and the spring may be weak he said...if the spring is weak and I have a new shock shouldnt it be sitting lower not higher?? If anyone can help me please let me know...should i try getting a new spring to see if it works?? If the spring is weak will it break while im driving? thanks guys

Weak means it is probably sagging and this is no danger in breaking, I dont think I have ever seen a coil spring break due to age or being worn out. It is probalby the left side that is foobared not the right, you are right in thinking that it would sit lower if the shock was blown or the. If the spring is weak it would be sitting lower.

Naaa man I work at a shop and this kinda stuff happens alot. People buy springs and then about 6 months later they buy shocks. The car will sit higher because of the more resistance that the shock gives to the spring. But you sound like you should buy some new springs too.
