Sometimes but not always like 1 in 35 times i engage from stop the clutch feels like it "jerks" a bit or "grabs" kinda like it slips a bit. I have 48,000 miles on car although when i first purchased the car i had to learn stick on it but i am a great stick driver now. any thoughts on what this might be? i experience no slippage any other times. i have 6G coupe 4cyl. should i be worried? will new clutch take care of the prob?

Clutch fluid ever been changed? Bleed the clutch master and slave cylinder? It's DOT3/4 brake fluid. It lasts a long time but gets real dirty.

 

you sure it just isnt driver error, you giving it a lil too much gas or dropping the clutch too quickly?

 

yea definately not driver error. never bled the clutch system unless it was included in a scheduled maintenance. hmm maybe ill do that and see if it helps.
