Default h23 converstion

ok not to long ago this old guy plowed into my *parked* car and dented my side. he didnt want to go through the insurance so i just told him to give me $500 which i fixed the dent myself and decided to buy a h22a head. i have a h23 block and from what i heard you get more power that way. well anyways i have the head with everything. im soon to buy the lower crank pulley and water pump so im set there. the problom is i have just found out that the crank i have is cast not forged....which doesnt put a smile on my face. so i was just looking for a opinion, i was thinking of just pulling the engine and buying a h22 crank. do you think that that is a good idea or should i just not touch it and be careful with my rpms?
p.s. any other information on the topic would be most helpful. thanks
