Default ctr? itr?

i was looking at some motors for sale, the ctr and itr. i know the displacements diff, and the torque and blah blah blah, but what do they run qt wise, i mean does someone have a ctr motor in there eg? what are you running for time, and i know the itr guys are running something around in the 13's, there's only a 100 dollar diff i think so just wondering the performance diff,
thanks alot

there was a post a while ago comparing these two ngines so i suggest searching but wot most people will tell you is that the added torque of the b18c is pure bliss...no matter which way you look at it the b16b is a great engine but very pricee for wot you get...yes! there are members here who have swapped b16bs into hatches but eventually they seem to get rid of it for itr???

To be frank IMO CTR is not worth the money to me. I have seen people do the same with a B16a with I/H/E. and saved money. you can put a LSD in ur tranny too and still come out cheaper.

ITR all the way . don't waste the money into glorified b16a motor, unless you have a R crank and rods

I think CTR is for those guys that want to Stroke it up to a 2.0 without the extra weight of an ITR motor.
