Putting together a cheap head package using stock Honda parts?
I'm wondering how effective a home-built 'head package' would be for a Z6.
I'm think Y8 Intake Manifold, B series throttle body, etc.
What else could I use?

pick up used D16A1 pistons..make sure they're from an 88 or 89 Integra for less than 40 bucks.

Would it be cheaper if you just ported your own TB??
nah, you can't really port your tb because of the butterfly valve. However you could port match your intake manifold to match the b-series throttle body. You can pick up a b-series tb for pretty cheap.
