Anyone seen the latest issue of Honda Tuning?
I was browsing through the newest issue of HT magazine, (with Erick Aguilar on the cover) and I saw a SOHC VTEC motor that was supercharged. The odd thing was, it looks like the guy welded a BOV onto his intake. I can't really tell what is it but that's the best I can guess. If I can find a scanner, I'll scan the pics and put them up here.
Has anyone else seen this?

Yeah, its a BOV, what the big deal. Vortech comes with that as part of the kit. Unless its a roots/eaton style blower then its normal.
He has a JRSC which has the BOV incorporated into the blower.
I thought it was a BOV, but I wasn't sure.

So why would he have a BOV on a JSRC? The BOV is on the side of his short ram intake. Not even that far back from the filter. Acutally the guy saids its a Jackson intake.
Thats from Jackson's site. It doesn't have a BOV flange. I know kits like the Vortec use it, because they arn't Roots style. But never seen a BOV on JRSC ir on a short ram, but of couse some people use eletric turbos in their intake track and call that high performance. Powered By Ebay
Ugh. The same del has accord front end, 300sx seats, and dual exhaust.
Side note, a caption of one photo saids, "Look closely and you'll see the B-series block was subjected to airbrush treatment" I looked as close as I could, all I could see is the D series engine in it still
It also saids in the article about the shop pulling the B series engine and airbrushing it, still just showing the JRSC'd SOHC.
