who all welds the chambers on there heads?
I would only think of if you were totally reworking the ports and going all-out ona head. Definately not for a street-car...you'll need custom pistons, among other things. You should consult a quality head porter.

Yes it's a very bad idea. You have to account for the expansion rates on the filler, and if you know anything about welding aluminum it's not veryeasy. I wouldn't suggest it at all.
this could be done safely but it would require alot of work, time , and money and for a daily driver I'd suggest spending your money else where. As far as raising the compression a full point that would depend on the individual doing it, how big they made the clover shape and how much they surfaced the head afterwards,. I don't think you would have to worry about head worpage because because it would take an extreme amount of heat to do so from the deck but I would put valve seats in the head afterward because they could move around from the heat, DEFINITLY find someone who has a tig welder and knows what your looking to do with your head and has experience doing it
