Ok heres the situation. In my 2000 Civic si with the following modifications i put down 160.9 HP and 102.3 TQ. : AEM Intake, Greddy Header (2.25), Stock Cat, Greddy Exhaust(2.25), AEM Pulleys, Fuel Rail, FPR set at 39, Apexi VAFC (Tuned), Clutchmasters clutch and flywheel.
I put the motor in a 96 4-door with the following modifications and put down 143.6 HP and 101 TQ. Aem Intake, JDM DC Header, 2.5 Test Pipe, Type one b-pipe, Spoon Rear, Fuel Rail, AEM Pulleys, FRP set at 38, V-AFC(tuned) clutchmasters clutch and flywheel. OBD-1 Conversion with a chipped p28. (Kenji) Ran a compression test on all 4- cylinders and check out at 200 on all 4 cylinders. did a leak down test, everything is fine. Checkedall basic problems everything was fine. Can ANYONE please explain this. The only thing i can think of is if Kenji chipped my ECU Wrong. Im putting a p72 in it tonight to see if it makes a difference. Does larger exhaust present a problem without a built motor! PLEASE HEP! Oh yeah to slim down the variables, it was on the same dyno and the temp was pretty much the same.

How long ago was the first dyno at? Did you do a basic tuneup after the install? Running the right fuel? I would think that a larger exhaust/lack of backpressure would effect the torque a lot more than the HP.

plugs have around 3000 miles on em. wires are about 6 months old. and distributor is from my si. It was a 2000. Had 60k on it. This has to be something more than plugs or type of gas. this is a 20hp loss. thats a big minus.

yup have the Fuel Pump that jackson racing offers. I put in a GSR ecu yesterday. I got a feeling it is the ECU. It dumps way to much fuel.
