Anyone use this before? Does anyone know if this is comparable to a stock gasket? This one is 5 layer metal, i thought that stock was 3....help please

 

I got an OEM to use with my GE block. They only recommend stock head gaskets.

Why do you want to use felpro?

 

I went to autozone and they had it there for like 70 bucks, so i basically want to know if it will be fine to use it. I need something smaller than whats on mine now, and they said at autozone that this is an aftermarket oem, so i dont know. I dont' want to take it out and have it not fit because you can't return it if it is opened. So, any suggestions.

I got a fel-pro last july, last night I checked my oil and saw bubbles on the dipstick. My fault for buying a headgasket for $19.99.

 

Its under CYLINDER HEAD (2)

Its $58 dollars...sorry about that.

 

What brand headgasket was it? Was it an OEM gasket? Thanks for the help.
