I wouldn't go higher than a 35, but that's just me. Make sure you have you stuff tuned so the turbo is no problem, then the Nitrous will just be an added bonus

what other kind of tuning...using smc and running dsm injectors fpr etc..... have the a/f guage to make sure im not gonna be leaning out... what other precautions should i take cause it would be kinda cool just to feel cam+turbo+nos...have the y8 manifold and gsr throttle body coming already for some better flow - help me out cause this sounds really good to me but want to be safe. (although theres a b18 B waiting gor it once I do blow the z6

I would build that B18B while it's just sitting there cause maybe it's just me but I don't see your motor lasting long with 8psi and a 50 shot. I would say get your motor well tuned with the turbo on it if you already haven't cause that would help but to be honest I don't see the point in doing that if you can put the money in the B18B block.

like he said...but for me, in the far future, im just gonna nos my intercooler, that way its safe, and you cant over do it...the intercooler will just become a super cooler...so yeah, nos turbo, externally

On a few magazine pictures and stuff...i saw a small metal pipe in an oval shape infront of turbo intercoolers, im not sure if this is what it is, but i think its to evenly spread the nos onto the front of the intercooler. since the nos is cold on release, its gonna make your intercooler really cold, similar to people fire extinguishing intercoolers. This way, you cant over nos, and your turbo will be taking in super dense air, furthur making your intercooler efficient. Its kinda wasting the oxygen part of nos, but you have force induction anyways. The cool thing is that you can nos the intercooler, from 0-top speed, but if you directly induce nos in the chambers, it can blow. And you dont need purge kits, electronics for retarding timing. so all you need is a long line, a bottle and button.

Oh well, i got the wrong chemicals mixed up, but i guess i got the right idea.

C02, just like some fire extinguishers

exactly, people just assume that because NX or other NITROUS (not NAASSSS) companies make it that it uses nitrous. it in fact uses compressed carbon dioxide to chill the intercooler, so no you are not wasting "the oxygen part of NOS" you are simply putting co2 onto your intercooler forcing a colder intake charge into your engine.

I have a stock motor and I'm running 16psi daily with no problem! I'm thinking of a 50 shot NX to help the turbo spool faster. This is bone stock internals also, just bolt on mods done so far.

Oh wait... I have a 4g63!

I wouldn't run nitrous with a turbo until you at least rebuild your engine with the turbo because without a proper break in its just harder on your car. Just run the Turbo at a low psi and think Nitrous later...

so technically...I can hook up the lines etc to spray near intercooler and fill my tank with CO2 instead? Maybe im not tracking well here... really liking this idea cause idbe scared as hell to spray while already boosting so i dont want to hook up the kit that bad....

you can run both NOS or CO2 i had the kit and ran both on my FMIC. it is simple to build your own kit. dont buy the NX kit cause it is 400 dollars for what you get it kinda sucks. it does come with a WOT micro swich which will engage it when running if the master swich is on. and it also has a over ride (purge swich) which will allow you to blow it on there at the line or wile you burn out. It is cool how it works but make the FMIC look ugly in my opinion

nos + turbo = picking up rods
just go with the turbo, sell the nitrous and upgrade your internals so you can run more psi

another thing to keep in mind instead of spending money on an nitros cooler setup. or a co2 cooler you can just mist water of the intercooler this will GREATLY increase it's cooling capacity and a unit could be made out of parts at home depot and a pet supply store for well under 20-50 bucks.

NOS can be introduced into forced induction Honda motors, but it's generally accepted that it should be <30 shot, and be tuned for it. (some say that this should only be done on <12 psi motors as well).

Otherwise, Kablooey.
