when people want teh 15" rims, I automatically think that they wanna run some 26" or taller tires. I hope he's not trying to run 26" tall wheels with that setup.

You can't assume that all 15x8 rims are going to use tall and big slicks. I have sold many 15x8 or 15x7 for ITR or Prelude lug pattern and only going to be mounting 22x8x15 or 23x7.5x15 or 24.5x8.5x15 slicks.

Just a FYI

Yeah I am looking for a bolt pattern for a prelude. 4x114
No they are not 26 inches tall.

15x8 or 15x7 would be nice.
If some could help that would be great. I think my injectors are fine , thank you.

I love and run Circle Racing wheels. They are very light, look different (I dislike running the same rims everyone else has), and you dont need to run 2 ibs specialty lugnuts. I'm sure exospeed can help you with a set.
