Default nitrous and cams, ive heard they dont mix, why not?

ive had alot of people tell me that if your shooting nitrous you should have cams that arent honda made. but no one really knows why? some one said that its because you could get no2 leakage, but i think they are pritty close to retarded. if anyone knows what the deal is let me know

i dont think cams make a difference, they just control the valves to let the nitrous in the combustion chamber, if anything you should change the pistons to a low compression piston.
