is it really WOT? sure you didn't mix up the wires, have someone check out the butterfly to see if it is truly at WOT

if u changed the TPS wires ur car its on WOT mode when close... change it back!
if u didnt change cables, do it....

Okay I did a couple things. I tuned the TPS (it was @ .35V now @ .5V with throttle closed) and I tightened the ECU down: now it runs, sort of. It will rev to 3500rpm, it will not run w/o holding the throttle open, and the revs go up and down when holding it constant.

I found that one of my injector clips had the contact ripped out so it is running on 3 cylinders. I am going to fix that as soon as DJ0820 brings me a new clip.

I have a check engine light, but no blinky on the ECU, which is confusing me currently because it is hard to trouble shoot every sensor on the car!!!!

What year car?
what engine?
ecu ?
did you just do a engine swap ?

does the ecu LED flash once when you start the car. or turn it to ign ?
if it doesn't then you have a major wiring problems or ecu defective.....

If the CEL is on but ecu isn't flashing codes something is seriously wrong, reving to 3500 rpm sounds like ECU malfunction or major wiring falure

1-how can u tune the TPS???? its just a potentiometer.. that cahgnes voltage depending on the position of the sensor
2-yes u have to tighten the ecu for GDN, but even without tighten it it should work
3- the rpms going up and down indicate bad ignition timing, and or vacum leak
4-yes if one injector its off its going to go uop and down, and will run like sputering
5-that cant be right... check to see if the ECU light, comes of when u start the engine, put the IGN swith into ON, or during any of the time engine turns on and its running
6-u dont have to troubleshoot every sensor... first things first.. fix the injectors, time the engine, check all vacum lines are good, and then we go from there...

You can adjust the TPS.....
http://www.hondata.com they recommended .45v at idle....
