Default B20z p1399

hey all hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

One of my eks got a b20z swap from the depot and while running the CRV Ecu, at about 3500 RPMS the car believes it’s misfiring (it doesn’t feel like it at all) and then throws a P1399 pending, and then a CEL that’s the only code. I also notice while running this computer the throttle feels like it has hard acceleration and deceleration as if the TPS is no good, although I wouldn’t believe the TPS would cause a misfire, not sure.

To note what I’ve done with the car since the issue first came up I’ll state:

spark plugs
wires
rotor and cap
valve adjustment
sedondary o2

little input or idea would be great, thanks.

Check tps values and confirm they are within spec?

I’ll definitely check that in regards to the hard throttle, (not sure why my obd1 ecu isn’t affected by the hard throttle issue). Although I’ve never really seen a TPS to cause a misfire.

I've had issues where the tps was off and it was dumping fuel into the cylinders. Gas was shooting out of the exhaust. i recently had to readjust the tps because it was throwing a code, I followed what the fsm suggested but after everything looked good I tried to adjust it and boom, cel gone. It was the cel code for low voltage input or something like that.

Just checked the TPS, It was a **** hair off so I re adjusted it and I still have the same issue.

Car still believes it has a misfire.
