hondata tuning near pittsburgh

hondata tuning near pittsburgh
anyone you would recommend to to tune a 4b hondata unit in or relatively near pittsburgh pa.
this is for a fully built engine
a dyno is a must
was also wondering if it is possible to set up a switch to cycle between different maps ?
like one at 1bar and another for like 2bar or somewhere inbetween?
or could i just use a boost controller and let the gm MAP adjust everything ?(if this is the correct option should car be tuned at high boost then turn it down or vise versa)
