Default ls tranny or gsr tranny

i've got an b18b that i want to build up. my question is what do you guys think is a better tranny to go with a 95 gsr tranny or a 97 ls tranny. some day i would like to get this motor turbo'd

you have to be abit more pacific about what you want to do. from a performance standpoint ls tranny is best suited for big turbo power. gsr is a better medium. si tranny for na or rather ctr. if you do alot of highway driving, then the gears might be short in 5th on the ctr or si tranny. i've heard of people swapping out the 5th gear for a ls to get more suitable crusing rpms. at 80mph i turn abotu 4400 rpms in my si. hard on the wallet at the gas pump.
