i got a del sol with a b16 with a jrsc...i changed my crank pulley, and its boosting 12 now...but theres one problem, its spinning so fast that the belt comes off when i shift...i need advice, and yes i've gotten a smaller belt, but this is the smallest i can go, it even spiked to 14 psi the other day..but its normally at 12 and its hella fast too....and also it detonates a little but i'll get some bigger injectors for that, i need some advice on the pulley and belt part, what do you guys recommend....and the tensioner is at the end..so theres no more room....please post some info, and if theres nothing to do i want to sell the sc kit with the pulley and the boost timing controller for 1700 obo if anyone wants it...

 

if the tensioner is at its max then you need a smaller belt. because from your description it sounds like theres not enough tension on the belt causing it to jump off at higher engine speeds. and are the two pullys aligned properly because even if they're not it may cause the belt to jump off too. also its not good to underdrive your crankshaft pully. rather you should put the smaller pully on the supercharger shaft.
