Default Alignment Question

WTF? I just got an alignment done and it still seems messed up. I have a front camber kit and rear shims. I had the alignment done. Front is set at -.3,-.7 and the back is at -.9,-1.0 which is the best they could get it to . My toe and caster are set perfectly to factory specs and the car drives fine, doesn't pull to one side or anything. Only thing is my steering wheel is off-center when I am driving strait. I dont' think this is normal at all. I mean it drives fine and everything is set perfect. The alignment shop told me that everything was done correctly and the car drives fine and I shouldn't worry about it . Has this happened to anyone? I'm not used to the steering wheel being off center and it pisses me off alittle. I mean its not a big deal, but I am one picky bastard.

yea mines off center too. but my alignment is bad. even when the car is going straight, it's off center, so i don't think it's my alignment.

Just need a reply by tomorrow morning, sorry for being demanding, but it's the last time I'm gonna get to talk to the alignment shop for about 4 days; out of town.

That's what I was speculating. Could it not have anything to do with the alignment itself?

i thought my allignment was messed up too. but it could just be your tires. check your tire pressure and make sure that all of them are the same. i would go and get them balanced also. i got new rims and tires . . . after that . . . .all of it stopped. give it a try. if that dont work. . . just cry about it.

I have the same problem. Except when I went to the shop, they said since i had a lowered car, then they would not do work on it because of liability reasons....this is a bunch of bull, i set up an appointment and they said they could do it so i took my car there to get it straight and they screwed me over. now when i drive straight, my wheel is to the left, and when i lose traction, it jerks all over and is hard to control. dont know what to tell ya, sorry
