Default ignition, stock or aftermarket?

I just installed a 95 f22b1 w/ about 30k on it in my clean 94 ex. I am going to need to replc my plugs, wires, and rotor. should I go w/ MSD packages w/the external coils, and 8.5mm wires. withe the modified dist? or just stay Honda stock.
does the MSD set up really improve perfor. that much?

OK, I'm going to stick my inexperienced nose in here. I prefer the stock OEM equipment and NGK plugs. I realize in some specialized applications aftermarket ignitions may improve performance. But I have to ask... If you lit a firecracker with a bigger match, would the bang be louder?

only if you're running high compression, nos, or turbo I can see using the msd if it's relatively stock internal and bolt ons I say stick to stock. my .02
