Is there a difference in the LS auto and the LS Manual long blocks. If so, what are they? TIA

 

One has a flywheel, one has a driveplate.

 

different ecu...what are you trying to do but an auto integra engine in to a 5 speed civic? IF so walk away from that buy and look for another 5 speed ls motor...i tried this was going to buy it but buying 5 speed ecu and 5 speed tranny would have made the swap to expensive...just wait for a better deal...if thats not what you mean then im sorry for speaking.

I want to buy a block that i can put into my cx hatch and do a dp nitrous setup. I already have a b16 but don't want to mess it up with n2o. While i run the ls block i'll build another block for turbo.

I'll be using my b16 tranny and chipped p28. I just need another longblock and was wondering if the cams, IM, or anything else were different.
