OK...first off i would like to thank anyone that can help me w/my
probem

I just bought the car and it was owned by an older woman so i know
it wasn't smote on...Sometimes when i am driving my gauge lights
and headlights will dim then come back to normal...it has nothing to
do withe the speed of the car or the rpm's.and the problem is not
consistant..it seems like it happens more down bumpy roads but i
am not sure...Once again any help is appriciated thanks,

might be something to do with your battery? <shrugs>

 

maybe its a lose fuse?

 

I would say it could possibly be a ground wire, but then again, a very high chance that I am wrong.

 

What kind of car do you have.I have seen several civics with this happening.

 

maybe its just the radiator fan kicking in???

 

its a 97 civic ex

 

Probably an alternator going bad-i would get it checked
