SRS flickers? Headlights/gauge lights flicker?
So recently I made a post about a weird rusty metal smell coming from my vents and it kind of smelled like rotten eggs also. Changed my battery bc it seemed to be the problem after my car wouldn't start and a couple of sluggish starts. That hasn't helped with the SRS light and headlights/gauge lights dimming as I come to a stop and then picking up brightness as I accelerate. One weird thing I have also noticed is that my radio turns off now as I accelerate and will only stay on when I have my rear windshield defroster on. The first set for my windshield wipers speed also does not work. Only speeds 2 and 3 seem to work. Alternator was changed this past summer and the battery is brand spankin new. I doubt those are the problems. I even switched out fuse 15 from underneath the dash. Would anyone happen to know what this could be? Should I try cleaning the alternator and battery terminals? Really want to fix this issue hope you guys have the answers! Thanks for reading.

Start engine. Turn off all other electrical devices. Measure voltage at the battery. More than 15 volts is a problem, it's overcharging. This requires replacing the voltage regulator (which is inside the alternator) or the whole alternator.
