Default Can a downpipe be used for NA applications???

I was browsing through ebay just now and saw this...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=10368

from the looks of this it looks like this bolts onto the top half of the STOCK exhaust manifold and replaces the cat.. kind of like how a turbo downpipe works i think... but anyway i didn't realize they made this for NA... has anyone tried using this? I guess it would give you more power but then you'd be losing power with the stock uppper half right?

I dont know what i think about that. I'd say save your money and get a mandrel bent piping 2.25in all the way back. May be more money but you know that the best exhaust is the most free flowing. The downpipe is what is after the header itself. The term can be used w/ na or boost cars.

Good Luck
