Can someone please tell me what this is?

What is this and what does it do?
I have a 95 Honda Civic EX Automatic if that helps.

I really need an answer so I can get rid of it if I don't need it.

that is the ABS brain

if you look on the top of it , it has a ABS tag on it

and if you remove it, ABS goes with it.
