Lost lude hit it right on the head of the nail. THough I will elaborate some.

Mugen: great header, pricey but it was worth it in my book.
Pulleys: I had the AEM underdrive pulleys, but switched out to the Unorthodox Ultra SS pulleys which dont underdrive the alt and PS as bad. The Ultra SS set also comes with a superlight crank pulley, you will gain more whp with the Ultra SS than the AEM pulley set. Especially good if you plan on running a nice high powered aftermarket stereo. I do and have 2 optima yellow top batteries, so the Ultra SS fit the bill much better. Price is about $175 for AEM vs. $300 for the Ultra SS set.
Cams: Skunk2 cams are more radical than Crower cams. Their Stage 2 cam is more agressive than Crower's Stage 3 cam. It all depends on what you want. But I prefer Skunk2 here.

pulley:unorthadox racing but i heard that their crank pulley has defects because it shakes, aem is also good (it doesnt come wtih a crank ppulley)

header: the 5th 01 header is bigger than the 97-00, thats why it is rated at 5 more hp. so i dont know if a header would be worth getting, there is something called jethot and it coats your header, it looks nice too.

cams: crower, crane, skunk2

From what I have read, this was just a bad rumor. They are the same header.
