I want to know what I can do or what I have to do to my B16 jspec before I slap a garret t3 t4 I got a friend that should get me this $2700 should I get some type r cams and the manifold I just what some good Ideas from someone who went this route before.

 

typeR intake mani is not going to be a big different over the b16 intake mani. also dont use big cams for turbo because of overlap. just use b16 cams or gsr cams. those cams are good for 500hp.

 

what about the skunk 2 cams and the Intake manifold

 

just use your stock cams, and skunk2 intake mani is an exact duplication of typeR mani. you dont need any valve train or head mods. just concentrate your resource on your turbo setup and fuel managment. tunning is very important.

 

I would stick with stock b16a Cams & Manifold.

But you seem to be very persistant. So if you MUST have other Cams and a new manifold (For what reason is beyond me)

Then I would buy:
GSR Cams
JG Manifold
