question on max-rev manifold, 60-1 and c&r radiator??
I had a 60-1 with a maxrev manifold and dual wide pwr radiator in my eg hatch. I mounted two autozone aftermarket fans in front of the radiator, and I have no clearance problems what-so-ever. You can get away with a single core radiator with the fan mounted in front. Either way, just mount two pusher fans in front of the radiator and you wont have any clearance problems at all.
Was looking to see if anyone has it seup without the turbo reversed and the c&r of fluidyne radiator on an integra...

I didnt have the turbo reversed, it was mounted the standard way with the inlet facing the passenger side of the car. Either way you will need to mount the fans on the front as pusher fans, otherwise you will hit fans. I have maybe an 1" clearance between the turbo and the radiator as it is.
What did you use for the bottom mounts of the radiator? I have a civic c&r and it won't fit if you line up the stock mount with the first foot of the c&r..
I IM'd ya. Just drill out the stock welds on the mounts and position them for the new radiator and drill new holes and rivet them back on. My outer mount by the fender is actually on a piece of flat steel that is hanging from the frame. I don't have a pic of that, but here are some closer pics.

If you have the new style manifold that is made to fit a 60-1 along side a B-Series motor and you wanna have the compressor housing facing the passanger side of the car you will fit it with some minor shaving of the block webbing and the noch underneeth the engine code is also gona have to go....

Well, after reading up on the subject, I wanna have an open system and not worry about my PCV valve closing on boost. Just seems a little better for the engine.
