Default i have a b16a1 engine swap in my 1990 civic how can I pick some low end power

What can I add to pick up some low end torque to my b16a1 engine
please help?

4-2-1 header, and I hear a Ventuli Plate works for that too.

They are made by Spoon, and I think they slightly restrict the airflow going into the engine which speeds it up or something like that.

first get a nice turbo kit, a drag 3 kit or something more exoticer.. Build the block ect...ect.... put a 2 step on it and make 20psi off the line.. Then again traction comes into play... Anyways just boost, thats were the horsepower and rear torque is......
