Has anyone figured out the Idling Problem of the 92-96 Prelude?
Hi, I've been experiencing a problem with my Prelude, when it reaches it's warm normal temperature and i'm at Idle, the car would idle less than 300 or so. It drops all the way down and sometimes would go up and down under 800. The whole car starts to shake like crazy and it gets VERY annoying. This happens to me EVERYDAY. Sometimes it would idle so low that it shuts off. Does anyone know exactly what to do or suggest? Thanks!
i have a similar problem
i fix it by filling up the coolant. cus i think my radiator is coroding, all i know is that the coolant is buring up realll fast

Is yours the same model as mine?
Hmm, adding more coolant... I might try that. One time, I believe I added more coolant than water causes the coolant spilled out while I was filling it. Could that be a problem? I adjust my idle screw all the way out and it still idles like that. I heard it might be the fast idle value?
How can I check the coolant hoses, I tried observing it but couldn't pinpoint any problems.
