I just resently put in a tank of coolant in my radiator tank two days ago (Tuesday) all of a sudden i checked my radiator tank today, it was down to min. So i was like WTF?!?!?!?! and it was all over my outside the tank and on top of the radiator fan and so i wanna know why does it do this? it's a 92 CX HB

 

It must be leaking. Have the engine running, and see if you can see where it's leaking from.

 

buy a new a radiator

i just recently had the exact same problem...id drive and after id notice the ground all wet and **** so i checked the rad and it was coming out all over the place...i had no choice but to buy a new rad.

check to see if you could find the leak first,..dont just go and buy a radiator just yet,...whats your temp gauge say when your car is on for awhile???

 

i believe they also have those radiator leak liquids where it can seal the leaks if they're small enough. just go to wal-mart, either that or like i said, buy a new one.

 

My temp gauge is normal like it always is......

What other solutions do you think there could be? You lost a whole jug of coolant in two days. If there's a HOLE in the radiator, what do you think needs to be done about it? Come on man.

 

if theres a hole in the radiator,..then buy a new radiator,..should run you about 100 bucks,..check for leaks in the hoses though..check reall good,..buying hoses is way cheaper then buying a new radiator

 

Damn when i turn on my engine i don't see any leaks anywhere.... so i don't know what's going on...... damn

 

do u know if the radiator has ever been changed before? from the accounts of friends i know, and myself, usually the radiator seems to go out after about 10 years.

 

check your rad. cap. warm it up and see if it leaks.

 

yes, especially if you see coolant on top of the radiator after you just cleanded it off 10 mins earlier!
