When you remove the oil cap while the engine is running do you get air coming out? If you do, what could the cause be? Blown headgasket, worn vavle seals, or even a stuck valve?

Well what if the oil is not milky or the coolant does not overflow into the overflow bottle? Does that mean that the air through the oilcap is caused by another problem?
