Bright Corner turn signal goin Hyper!!!

Bright Corner turn signal goin Hyper!!!
Well i used the instructions laid out in the JDM Fan website and used the HOPPY #48845 and didn't connect the Brown wire and now everything works great except it got Hiper blink 
My Hazards work fine and when i have my parkin lights off my turn signals work fine as soon as i turn my parkin lights on it goes ape ****.
any thoughts on how to stop this crap

check your black ground wires going to the turn signals. if their loose which 90% of cars you see on the streets have this problem. easy fix. just make sure all your ground wires( black one) are correctly grounded.

The only reason i had to make my corners bright was cause i drive near a lot of woods and these woods are known for thieves and all so the bright corner kinda make the sides bright enough to where i can see in the dark
