i use the #7, it feels like it's robbing my low end but makes vtec kick in harder. this is compared to the stock #6 heat.

I've had best luck with the stock 6's.

NGK: PFR7G-11 is the stock EuroITR and JDM ITR plug.... due to the 11.1 compression

use them in 13:1 comprssion and up motors in hot climates, anything other than that use the 6 plug or you'll rob yourself some power.

good plugs are the VX platinums, 4 are around $25 bucks or so

Yah, I have them in my JDM ITR engine..

I was wondering if they're too hot, but when I use colder plugs, I get a slight pinging sound when it's colder.

These plug are spendy, but they feel so much better than others..

For those running platinum plugs, is your incentive simply longer plug life? I have always been under the impression that copper plugs provide some of the best conductivity at the expense of longevity.

What's the best spark plug you would recommend on a stock B16a2? And one with CTR cams if it matters?

With "X" brand spark plug and 18 degree ignition timing, I shouldn't worry at all about engine running too hot on a track day.....would I?
