I bought my friends VAFc off him but in the future i plan on doing head work. But for now with my other mods and the VAFC would it be bad to lower the vtec xover? And when does vtec engage ? 5800 or 5200 on a 2001 GSR?

 

i know its 4400 on a stock 95 gsr

 

4400 is already way too low for vtec engagement, raise to to 4800 for now and later when you get some better cams and upgrade to the Skunk manifold then raise it too 5700.....depends on your cams though
