i've been trying to figure out is a ls block b18a or b18b height taller or shorter than a gsr block b18c and i mean just the block no head

were did u get that figure from because on hybrid garage they say a gsr block height is 270mm http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/tech/variants.html
Deck height is the same 212mm for all of the engines you listed.
