Which mount kit HCP or hasport
Well, I just got the new HCP 4-mount kit for my crx w/ b18. the front tranny mount isn't going to fit without some cutting and welding, and one of the rear mount bolts comes too close to the rear mount bracket to completely tighten. Other than that, these look real nice and high-quality. I heard the HAsport ones fit a little bit better. just what i know...
The HASport ones are a perfect fit. I did a guys swap with the HCP kit and the front mount would not work with the rear mount in. The first shift linkage would not go into 5th or reverse. Got another shift linkage from them and it worked. The HASport in my car worked perfect the first time.
ok well aparantly u dont know how to put a mount kit on correctly, i have HCP mounts on mine and all my mounts fit perfectly, in order to install teh front mount you have to lower the front crossmember get the bolt in and then bolt it back in, it says so in the instructions if you read them....
my rear mount i had NO problems with, all in all i like my HCP's the front mount is solid, and the motor does not move not even 1 mm even banging on the rev limited ( i know i have tried)
also for the price i got my whole mount kit and shift linkage for 280 from a friend who onws his own shop, he no longer does or i would shoot yall his email... however u can find it all for easily under $400, and that comes WITH linkage not extra like HAsport, not to say HAsport isnt great they are, however they put the motor slightly too high, the motor has some movement due to only 3 mount setup and the linkage is $180 more i mean damn, not to mention the front mount is $60 more, so all in all 375 for hcp or 600+ for hasport

i can get complete hasport kit for B16 for $210, they are 2 miles from where i work, and they are close personal friends with my boss.
