ok boyz its time to play, jerry, mike,doug,andy,adam,max,anthony,jason,chris, its me dan the one with the turbo black hatch u know who i am, since u guys r the only down *** ************* left in the real street racing world, not like all the other **** and sell outs "steph,charles,lisa,and to many to ****** name" well since its hard to get a hold of u guys and since i dont see u on the streets that much anymore, my boy said he see's u on this sometimes so i thought i can kill alot of birds with one stone well my cars done and ive been everywhere looking for races and im talking $REAL$ races, ive been to ontario,compton,anaheim,even ghetto *** hemet and all that want to run is 9 second V8 drag ***** against my FULL body hatch that i drive there while they haft to trailier theres, or guys that say "and u know who u ************* r", yeah il run u in my 9 second honda that i haft to trailier here but when i say ok they always back down or flake or have some excuse, u guys know how it is. but anyways theres no REAL imports that will run my car so i haft to turn to this. u know were all friends and we all paid r dues and respect eachother but i say we take it back like the old school days when racing was racing on and we all went at it. like between 90-98 that was the good old days not like these dumb *** fast and furious ***** u see out there today so if any of u guys want to run and i mean run "and no 6 cars and the go **** jerry" realy run, u guys either got my number or know someone that does or even reply on here, well hit me up guys and let me know u guys stay up and much respect to the guys that r still down, u know ive always been c-ya dan

whats up dan this is max, its been awhile, its great to hear your still racing. yea i know what your talking about. i heard there are nothing but terds at hemet, with slow v8s that think there fast. see you should have built an allmotor car. much easier to get races with. a good turbo car is good to have for the slighty faster v8s. but they can just bring out a 7 sec or 8 sec trailor car. and then your assed out. space or not your going down. im sure you know what i mean. i know your car runs strong i seen it before and i know what your running. but u cant expect to run a N/A car heads up now can you? i actually dont think 6 cars is that far fetched considering the amount of work you have done. i dunno maybe im wrong, i say if you want to run an all motor car bring another all motor car. i hate giving out space too. but on another note, there is a group of nimrods from around the way.there always willing to run. they got some fast v8s and talk alot of garbage. email or just hit me up @ 213 272 2757 and ill give YOU the details. or email me at topgunb18c@aol.com we can go over there and set something up, and have a few laughs..if not please bring ALL MOTOR next time, thank you..

Man, I wish you were anywhere close to Florida. We would be so down to run a quick fwd car. We are tired of whooping supras and domestics down here.

 

back in the old school days, people didnt get guns pulled on them at the street races. Things have changed and you cant expect people to keep it real when they have a lot to lose....as in a life. People just act like fools these days.

 

Hey man why should he bring an all motor car to run? I seen alot of all motor cars go and they go quick all in the 11's. Is it Dan's fault that he built a turbo car? You know how it is run what you brung. Besides all the all motor cars are just shells all weighing far less then 2000 lbs. Dan's car is a freaken heavyweight. So it would be fair if they go at it heads up. Lets see who has the faster street car.....heads up no spacing out bullshit.

actually it was alot worse back in the "days" people did get guns pulled out on them just ask tony fuchs. and people did get shot ask ed bergenholtz his buddy sap got smote back in the "days", back in the early 90s i can recall about 5-7 homicides at the races to due gangbangers.. i have not heard one single fatality during a set up race betweeen to partys that happens to be on the street. i think you misunderstand what our defintion of a street race is. you might be thinking of total chaos. guns blazing. tires screaching, loud systems with huge woofers and gangsters running around robbing, fighting, stabbing, raping, pillaging.. thats is definetly not the case. there is notthing wrong with having a little fun, and trying to see who has the fastest street car. there are records broken on and off the track, believe it or not.. not everyone has the funds or even the desire to build a full track car. it takes a certain amount of dicipline and patience and deterimination to be successfull and not to mention a nice fat wallet $$$$$$$. i race both on and off the track. although i agree with what your saying but its just not likely the owner of a respectable shop or team is going to pull out a gun in front of several people and start shooting becuase they lost a race. most people i know that do this as a hobby to pass time inbetween the off season and events. they mostly all have familys and are not imature teenagers. i hope this helps shed some light..

 

Its cool if they wanna be all "pro" racers now. But dont dog your roots. Everyone that is sponsored now started somewhere. And they all started street racing. The thing that sucks about steph is that he used to street race all the time back in the day and now he's all with R.A.S.R. 9racers againist street racing). To me that's turning his back on his roots and where he learned how to do everything he knows how to do now. You wanna go pro go pro but don't put down street racing if that's where you originated from. It's sort of like biting the hand that fed you.

pretty ignorant statement if you ask me. Some people grew up shooting people in gangs and such and now they are stock brokers. doesnt mean they should still hit up that gang spots. Other grew up selling drugs now they sell car parts. i think you get the idea.

I dont know, it seemed the original post was one of the most aggresive posts in here. "not that there was anything wrong with it". I think this post is going exactly as it would not matter what because of the subject matter. Thats all good if its a small location amoung some boys with a rep and some cash on the line. But he did talk about driving to all the different tracks looking for some races which is a big affair where it can get out of hand. What I still dont understand is why not pay the 15 bucks, head to palmdale or carlsbad and have a real match race. Then you would know for sure who won because there would be real slips and, a tree and all. Whats so alousive about a street race. Isnt this just the matter of seeing who has built a faster car? thats what wednesday and friday nigth grudge matches are for.

 

whats up max hows it going brother, max is right, see to each there own. i choose only to race on the streets i cant compete or have the money to compare to castrol or ford im a poor *** whiteboy **** see when we started no one made **** we had to make it ourselfs just ask max **** him and his guys had one of the first swaps back in 95-96 gsr in a black hatch i know cause they took $60 off us when we raced them in our mr2 on commerce "member that max" it was just his crew against ares but see it was cool back then we took pride in building r own **** and making it fast then taking out to prove r **** or make some $ends$ so we can make it even fast ive never had anyone work on my **** ive done everything myself in my garage have most true racers take it to the heart see and like steph hes forgetting about what brought him in this world his true roots see thats fine if u get sponsored and **** just dont go ******* street race "RASR" see that **** pisses me off when he use to do it u know what im saying

Maybe its running from the cops from track to track and watching the heard of cars-show guys rev down Etiwanda at 1 in the morning. God I miss the racing tickets so.
To each his own but at one point the **** got outof hand. I mean no races(you couldnt even get a race in before the cops came) all bondo-kits and neon lights.
What I do miss is chasing the sun home in the morning from an all night nighter on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Stadium way, Friday and Saturday in Onatrio and Sunday in Long Beach. At one point my family thought I got a job working Graveyard because I was never home at night.
